Refund Policy
Returns
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the courier service you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping costs.
The return policy for all products in our online shop is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
